In a ceremony held during Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute's September Board of Trustees meeting on the Caldwell Campus in Hudson, a Trustee was sworn in as a reappointed long-time member. Donna Church, assistant to the Board of Trustees and the college president, administered the oath to Christopher Barlowe, who was appointed by Caldwell County Commissioners for a four-year term. Barlowe will serve through June 2027.
