CCC&TI provides training and support services for new, expanding and existing companies at little to no cost to the company. The Customized Training Program is designed to make a difference in an organization’s bottom line by:

Work-Based Learning for Employers

Work-Based Learning combines classroom instruction with practical work experience that is directly related to a program of study. Emphasis is placed on integrating classroom learning with related work experience. Employers set the standard for the quality of work and determine the rate of pay. Students must meet the employer standards as well as the academic requirements of the college.

Registered Apprenticeship

Registered Apprenticeship is an employer-driven training program that provides employees with structured on-the-job learning, related instruction and a progressive wage scale. Registered Apprenticeships allow businesses to create flexible and effective training and hiring solutions that work for their industry. Apprentices learn practical skills while earning state and national credentials certifying their skills.

No matter the size of a company, CCC&TI can tailor an apprenticeship program to meet its needs.
