About Colleague

Colleague is CCC&TI's enterprise software system that enables various departments to centrally manage student-, employee- and course-related information.

Not everyone gets access to Colleague; however, some Colleague-based information is available through Self Service, the Web interface to our Colleague system.

Your supervisor should know whether you need Colleague access to perform your job duties adequately. You may need access to Colleague if your job requires you to:

  • Initiate or approve requisitions and purchase orders
  • Manage student records or spend the majority of your time advising students
