All donors receive a letter of thanks, and a receipt is provided for gifts over $250. The names of all donors are listed in various college publications and on the Donor Recognition Boards on display in the hallway of the college administration buildings on both the Caldwell and Watauga campuses. In addition, donors will be listed on the college webpage.

A listing of all contributors to the Annual Fund is on display in H. E. Beam Hall on the Caldwell campus and in the Instructional Facility on the Watauga campus. Donors who annually contribute $1,000 [or $500 for three consecutive years] also have their names engraved on a brass nameplate displayed on a Donor Recognition Plaque on the Caldwell campus. Every contributor is recognized throughout the year in various publications.
Foundation Club - Donors of at least $10,000 have their name engraved on a brass nameplate displayed permanently in the Foundation Club category.
Founders Club - Donors of at least $1,000 are recognized as members of the Founders Club.
President's Club - Donors of at least $500 for three consecutive years are designated as members of the President's Club.
Contributors Club - Donors of at least $250 are recognized as members of the Contributors Club.
Friends of the College - Donors of amounts up to $249 are recognized as Friends of the College.
All contributions are appreciated and disbursed as designated by the donor. The exact amount of a contribution is kept confidential unless the donor wishes the amount to be publicized.
