Transcripts should be requested from each institution attended. Each school has different requirements to obtain their transcripts and some may charge a fee. To be considered for transfer credit, courses must have been taken at a regionally accredited institution with a grade of “C” or better. Request all official transcripts be sent to CCC&TI by the institutions which originally granted the credit.
If transcripts are mailed to you, please leave the official transcripts sealed and bring them to the Student Services Office on Caldwell or Watauga Campus.
Transcripts mailed directly to CCC&TI should be sent to the following address:
Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute
Attention: Admissions Office
2855 Hickory Boulevard
Hudson, NC 28638
CCC&TI also accepts electronic transcripts through secure transcript providers, such as:
Electronic transcripts should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please select Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute in the recipient drop-down, if applicable.
Transcripts of credit must be requested in writing from the Student Services office. All financial obligations to the college must be cleared before any transcript will be released.
It is recommended that at least one week be allowed for the processing and mailing time of transcripts. Written request for immediate copies of transcripts must be submitted twenty-four hours in advance. Any transcript given directly to a student will carry the notation “Issued to Student” and will require the presentation of a photo ID.
CCC&TI does not charge a processing fee for transcript requests. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Connie Wilson at email@example.com or call 828.726.2720
Use the CCC&TI Transcript Request Form to request that college personnel mail your CCC&TI transcript from Caldwell Community College to someone else.
