Students may pay balances owed online through Self Service or in the Business Office. The Business Office accepts cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. All checks should be made payable to CCC&TI. Credit card payments may be made in person at the Business Office or online. Credit card payments may not be made over the phone. Students are encouraged to pay online through Self Service.

All charges are due at the time of registration. The College does not accept partial payments. Students who are unable to pay at the time of registration may be eligible for the Nelnet Tuition Payment Plan offered by Nelnet Business Solutions. Nelnet is a third party vendor and is not affiliated with the College. Any student who desires to apply for the payment plan may enroll through Self Service. The College does not assist the student in setting up or maintaining their Nelnet account.

• $25 enrollment fee
• $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll

• Go to www.cccti.edu/
• Log into MyCCCTI
• Click on Self Service and log in
• From the home menu of Self Service, select the Student Finance menu
• On the Account Summary Page, click on Student Finance at the top of the page
• From the drop down box, click on payment plans

Target Dates to Enroll By:

Fall 2023 - Payment Plan available on July 1, 2023

Payments are processed on the 22nd of each month.

Note: All down payments are processed IMMEDIATELY!
*CCC&TI reserves the right to require a down payment.

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through www.mypaymentplan.com or call the Caldwell Community College Business Office at 828.726.2224 or 828.726.2488 to confirm the change.
