This document describes Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute's (hereinafter referred
to as CCC&TI) policy regarding privacy and terms of use for visits to our web site. The level of information gathered depends upon how you interact with the site. By using this web site, you agree
to the terms of the CCC&TI privacy policy.

Normal Site Use
Our web server routinely records general information on all users who browse the content of our site. This data collection is for the purpose of analyzing traffic to our site to improve its usefullness and accesibility and includes items such as IP addresses, browser type and version, pages visited on
our site, and the date and time of those visits. During normal site use, we do not collect or store personally identifiable information such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, or social security numbers.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
There are instances where CCC&TI requests, tracks, and stores personally identifiable information
for provision of online services, i.e. online admissions applications. Information captured via our
online services is encrypted and stored in accordance with industry standards to ensure security and privacy. The information provided is used by CCC&TI to fulfill its customer requests and/or to improve the quality of the services and information we provide. CCC&TI never discloses this information to third parties for commercial use and does not release transcript/student/employee information to other parties without express written authorization.
