Nursing

The application deadline for students has been extended to January 15th, 2010 for Fall entry. Please have all requirements with completed application submitted by this date.

The Associate Degree Nursing curriculum provides individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide nursing care to clients and groups of clients throughout the life span in a variety of settings. Courses will include content related to the nurse's role as provider of nursing care, as a manager of care, as member within the discipline of nursing care, as as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Graduates of this program are eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) which is required for practice as a Registered Nurse.
