Tanning Facility Operator
Beginning January 1, 1993, the Division of Radiation Protection in Raleigh required any person operating a tanning bed in North Carolina be at least 18 years of age and be certified. This 8-hour course is designed to instruct the student on the proper and safe way to operate a tanning bed.
