Customized Training
The unique training needs of the businesses, industries, and agencies in Caldwell and Watauga counties can be met through customized training opportunities at CCC&TI. Working with an organization, we will develop a training program that addresses the specific skills and competencies desired for development of the class participants. Organizations can take advantage of
training in areas such as leadership skills, customer service, workplace skills, problem solving,
time management, and quality processes. Class schedules and session locations can be arranged to meet the operational demands of the organization.
Caldwell Community College and Technical institute has certified facilitators for nationally known training courses: Development Dimensions International (DDT), Achieve Global (ZM), Vital Learning and Productivity Quality Systems (PQ Systems). Companies can choose from these offerings or have our staff develop a customized training program developed from a needs assessment of their organization. Flexibility in training, availability for consultation, and success in reaching competency levels set for participants are the objectives in our training partnership with businesses, industries and agencies.
