It's good to be first. It's great to be the best.If you are considering a new site for your company or expansion of an existing facility, remember the North Carolina Community College System was first in the nation to offer customized training to new and expanding industry. We have been doing it for about 50 years now and we help keep North Carolina among the nation's leaders for placement of new industry. We know how to grow your company. It requires careful nurturing and attention to detail. Lucky for you those are two of our many strengths of the new and expanding industry training programs (NEIT). In North Carolina, we provide a systematic needs analysis to develop training objectives that are linked to your company's key strategic and operational goals. It is easy to become eligible for NEIT. If you create 12 or more jobs in one community in one year, your company may qualify for customized training assistance from the North Carolina Community College System. The level of assistance is determined by the total number of new jobs created, their skill and wage levels, and the total amount of capital investment. As a partner in North Carolina the JobLink Center will assist you with employee recruitment efforts. We have a specific process for developing a customized training program for your company. It's one of many ways we say "Welcome to North Carolina." It's also an important step in the development of your world-class workforce.
