Federally-funded TRIO comprises various programs which, since 1965, have promoted opportunity in education. TRIO/ETS, launched at CCC&TI in 2002, serves 625 middle-school and high-school students. Its mission is to get academically talented Caldwell County students enrolled in college. TRIO/SSS has served over 1000 participants at CCC&TI since its inception here in 1993. Its mission is to provide opportunities for academic development, assist students with basic college requirements, and serve to motivate students towards the successful completion of their post-secondary education. |

- Look for TRIO service group monthly meeting dates on the group's calendar board in the TRIO office.

- Search for TRIO events (like the monthly TRIO Deli) on the Cobra Calendar.
- Check out National TRIO Day, fun and games for all TRIO students, February 28, 2008 from 5-7pm in the CCC&TI gym. Ask Becky or Robert how you can be involved in the celebration.
- The TRIO Alumni Scholarship deadline is March 14, 2008. Check out their information in the TRIO office.
