Casey R. Crump

Casey R. Crump, while finishing up his senior year of home school, decided to attend Caldwell Casey Crump Community College and Technical Institute as a dual enrollment student working toward a degree in Landscaping. Despite many obstacles, Casey kept a positive attitude and pressed forward. Completing a degree at CCC&TI meant a lot to Casey but the degree would not come without several detours.

He had several moves, including Wichita Falls, Texas, where he decided to join the Air Force at Sheppard's Air Force Base to complete an 18-month tour. Following his tour of duty, he decided to finish taking the remaining courses necessary to transfer back to CCC&TI for his degree and enrolled in Horticulture classes at Oklahoma State College and Rose State College. Casey's perseverance paid off. In the fall of 2011, he received a degree in Landscaping from CCC&TI. Casey's success at CCC&TI propelled him yet another step forward in his career.

On Jan. 5, 2012 he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base where he will go to a near-by college full-time and plans to pursue a bachelors degree. ”
