Your transcript is a copy of the coursework you have completed up to the time the transcript is issued. Transcripts contain all coursework, including Curriculum and Continuing Education courses, taken while enrolled at CCC&TI. CCC&TI will not issue transcripts if you have an outstanding financial obligation to the College. Transcripts ordered through this site are in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and privacy Act (FERPA) and assures all students that their records will remain confidential.
Once student documents (transcripts, health records or other student information) have been received by CCC&TI, we are not able to release any copies of these student forms/records.
CCC&TI is collaborating with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web in order to expedite the delivery of transcripts for our students and alumni. This service offers the options to have official transcripts sent via PDF, USPS mail, or to hold for pick up in Student Services on either our Caldwell or Watauga campus.
To track your CCC&TI online transcript order, you need your order number and the email address used to place your online order. Visit the online transcript order status page to track your online order.
If you are a currently enrolled student or were enrolled in the most recent prior semester/term, you can log into Self-Service to view or print an unofficial transcript for free (see instructions below). If you are unable to access Self-Service due to no longer having an active account, you will need to request an official copy of your transcript (use the online link above).
