Criteria:

1. Complete a 2014/2015 FAFSA
2. Full Time Student
3. GPA of 3.0 or Higher
4. Second Year Student of an Allied Health program of high demand at a community college
5. Financial Need
6. Complete the essay on the Application
7. Official Community College Transcripts

Submit Instructions:

• Return completed application to the Financial Aid office

Must be submitted by: August 24, 2015
