Earl Laws elected President of N4CSGA

Earl Laws, Jr., a student at Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute, has been elected to serve as president of the North Carolina Comprehensive Community College Student Government Association (N4CSGA) for 2010-2011 and will also sit on the North Carolina Community College State Board.
