Organization of Personnel
To implement the QEP, CCC and TI has developed an administrative structure that will provide oversight for plan components and ensure that plan objectives are analyzed, reviewed, and revised as needed each year and that financial resources remain in place.
Though implementation of the QEP is a campus-wide directive that involves academic departments, student services/academic support, and administrative services, the ultimate responsibility for implementation is the responsibility of the QEP director supported by the QEP advisory team and the executive vice president.
