Five student-athletes from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute were named to All-Region 10 Division II softball teams for the 2022 season.
Kiara Dewey and Brittney Reynolds were All-Region 10 first team selections. Dewey (Franklin HS/Franklin, NC) primarily played catcher for the Cobras and hit .391 on the season with eight homeruns and 32 RBI (tied for second on the team in both categories). Reynolds (Kings Mountain HS/Kings Mountain, NC) played centerfield for the Cobras. She hit .318 on the season for the Cobras with 13 RBI. Her 32 steals were 15th best in the nation.

Two Cobras were named All-Region 10 second team. Pitcher Lauren Anderson (West Wilkes HS/Wilkesboro, NC) was 11-4 in the circle with one save and a 1.86 ERA (25th best in the nation). She also struck out 82 batters and hit .345 on the season with eight homeruns and 27 RBI. Ashlyn Castle (Patton HS/Morganton, NC) played infield and pitched for the Cobras. She hit .328 with 24 RBI and as a pitcher was 8-1 with 2.78 ERA.

Leftfielder Christa Walsh (Wilkes Central/Wilkesboro, NC) was named All-Region 10 third team. She hit .396 on the season with eight homeruns and 32 RBI.
