CCC&TI Fall Semester Registration Continues Through Aug. 4

Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute registration for Fall 2017 classes will continue for current, new and returning students through Aug. 4 on both the Caldwell and Watauga Campuses. Fall classes begin on Monday, Aug. 14. Students are encouraged to begin the application and placement testing process early. A variety of financial aid options are available for students who qualify. The final orientation for incoming students is scheduled for Aug. 10 on both campuses.

Automotive Programs Open House

Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute will host an open house for the Automotive Systems Technology and Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology programs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 20. The event will take place at the Transportation and Public Services Center (a half mile south of campus on U.S. 321 in Hudson). Prospective students will have the opportunity to learn more about the programs, as well as tour the college’s state-of-the-art body shop and garage facilities.

Career and College Promise Orientation

High school students in Caldwell and Watauga counties can earn free college credit through Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute’s Career and College Promise program. CCC&TI offers various college transfer and technical pathways.

An orientation for students enrolled in or interested in Career and College Promise will be held on Aug. 10 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the Caldwell Campus. Students are encouraged to register online for the event at www.cccti.edu/ccp.
