Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute’s Student Government Association will host a “Dinner and a Movie” fundraising event for the Foundation of CCC&TI on Friday, March 10. Dinner will be prepared and served by CCC&TI Culinary Arts students and the Oscar-nominated movie “La La Land” will be shown. Cost for the event is $10 for students and $20 for the general public. Space is limited for the event.

The menu for the dinner will include a salad of grilled romaine, with charred sweet corn, roasted red pepper, shaved red onion, crispy tortilla strips, cilantro and avocado Caesar dressing, grilled beef filet with roasted brocolini, gremolada, parmesan risotto and marsala-mushroom demi and for dessert, cinnamon-rum bread pudding. A vegetarian option will be available on request.
