Albert Horne Jr., of Charlotte, signed with Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute's Men's Basketball team this week. Horne is a 6-foot-6 forward who led Rocky River High School (Mint Hill, N.C.) in scoring as a senior with 17 points per game. He said he chose CCC&TI because of its welcoming, family environment.
CCC&TI head coach Matt Anderson on his newest recruit: "His footwork is as good as any big guy I've seen in a while."
