Library Card Request

Applying for a Broyhill LRC library card requires that you be a currently enrolled student or employed faculty/staff member of Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute.  If you attend or regularly visit the main campus in Hudson or the Instructional Facility in Boone, you are encouraged to obtain your library card in person. 

Should you not regularly visit these locations, complete and submit the following form.  Your request will be processed and a library card mailed to your attention.
