Library Cards
Procedure
Applying for a LRC library card requires that you be a currently enrolled student or employed faculty/staff member of Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute. If you attend or regularly visit the main campus in Hudson or the Instructional Facility in Boone, you are encouraged to obtain your library card in person.
- Bring your registration (stamped PAID) to your initial visit to the library
- Choose wallet or key ring style card
- Keep your card close at hand - replacement fee for lost cards is $5
- With each new semester, bring your registration (stamped PAID) to renew/update your card
Should you not regularly visit these locations, complete and submit the online request form. Your request will be processed and a library card mailed to your attention.
Your CCC&TI Broyhill LRC Library Card Entitles You to the Following Services
- Regular curriculum students may check out up to 20 books for a 3-week period
- One-time renewal
- Eligibility to preview resources placed on reserve by instructors
- Receipt of password for accessing NCLive
- Reference assistance
