Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute is always seeking to expand its pool for part-time adjunct instructors. General duties of part-time instructors include, but are not limited to: preparation, classroom instruction, grading, recordkeeping, and other paperwork.

| Part-time Adjunct Instructors – Health SciencesAreas: Associate Degree in Nursing program (part-time clinical instructors) and Physical Therapist Assistant program. |
Instructors in the Associate Degree in Nursing program must possess a BSN with at least two (2) years of medical/surgical experience and current North Carolina RN license.Instructors in the Physical Therapist Assistant program must be currently licensed in North Carolina as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. Candidates must have at least four (4) to five (5) years experience in Physical Therapy (primary areas of experience should be Orthopedics or Rehabilitation or a Generalist with experience in multiple settings).Successful teaching experience at the community college level is preferred. Salary: Will be based upon institutional salary plan. No benefits. Proposed Employment Date: To be determined; open until filled. |

Curriculum instructors must possess a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline being taught (exception: developmental English and Math, Reading, and some of the business-related subjects only require a Bachelor’s degree in the discipline being taught).
