Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute is dedicated

Sexual harassment shall be deemed a form of discrimination based on sex as prohibited by
Section 703 of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and North Carolina General Statute
126-16 ( in the case of employees), and Title VI of the Education Amendments Act of 1972
(in the case of students). Sexual harassment is defined as deliberate, unsolicited,
unwelcome verbal and/or physical conduct of a sexual nature or with sexual implications.
