Athletic Director Message
Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute has great opportunities to extend the learning environment from the academic classroom to the sports arena through the intercollegiate athletic programs. We believe that participation in athletics promotes a positive feeling of campus loyalty and assists the student-athletes in making friends and developing leadership potential. The college is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III and currently fields teams in men's basketball and women's basketball. CCC&TI does not offer athletic scholarships, but student-athletes can apply for financial aid. A full-time student-athlete must meet the same standards of eligibility as all students at Caldwell Community College. If you have any questions about any CCC&TI athletic program, contact Tim Cline, athletic director and men's basketball coach, at 828-726-2606 or by e-mail at tcline@cccti.edu.
