Fall 2010 Registration Schedule

New Students

CCC&TI operates advising and registration on both campuses. Students wishing to take classes on a particular should make every attempt to be advised and registered on that campus. CCC&TI will make every effort to make registration equitable to both campuses but due to space restraints this may be difficult.
Schedules wil be available on WebAdvisor on June 8 and in PDF version on June 8.

Before New Student Orientation, Early Registration or Final Registation, make sure you have done the following:

  1. Turned in an application to CCC&TI. Contact Student Services Office at 828.726.2732 for help with your application or to get more information. For Watauga students, call 828.297.2185.

  2. If transferring credit from another college, if seeking a degree/diploma/certificate, or if registering for courses with prerequisites, submit official transcripts high school, GED/AHSD and college 2 weeks prior to registration.

  3. Determine necessary placement tests (waived for those with acceptable SAT or ACT scores or relevant evaluated college credit). Deadline for students taking placement tests is July 2, 2010. Study guides are available and are highly recommended.

  4. Confirm your admissions file is complete by calling Student services at 828.726.2732 (Caldwell) or 828.297.2185 (Watauga).

Caldwell

New Student Orientation / Registration
July 13th - 9:00 am
                - 1:00 pm
                - 5:00 pm

Students must submit all admissions materials by July 2, 2010 to participate in New student Orientation/Registration.

Students should call Student Services (828- 726-2746) to sign up for one of these sessions.

New Student Orientation/Early Registration is open to students applying for the Fall 2010 semester whose file is complete. (This includes all transcripts and any required placement tests.)

Tuition payment plan is not available during Final Registration.

Tuition and Fees
July 22 at 6:00 pm is the last day to pay for early registration for fall classes without being purged for nonpayment.

The Business Office is open Mon. – Thurs. 8:30am -6:00pm and Fri. 8:30 am- 5:00 pm.


Students should pay tuition and fees online through WebAdvisor with Mastercard or Visa. Credit Card payments must be made through WebAdvisor.

August 11 at 6:00 pm is the last day to pay tuition and fees for final registration. Tuition payment plan is not available during Final Registration.
