Registration Schedule

New Students

CCC&TI operates advising and registration on both campuses. Students wishing to take classes on a particular campus should make every attempt to be advised and registered on that campus. CCC&TI will make every effort to make registration equitable to both campuses but due to space restraints this may be difficult.

Before attending Orientation or Early Registration or Final Registration, make sure you have done the following 2 weeks prior to any registration:
  1. Turned in an application to CCC&TI. Contact Student Services at 828.726.2711 or 828.726.2706 for help with your application or to get more information. For Watauga students, call 828.297.2185.

  2. If transferring credit from another college, if seeking a degree/diploma/certificate, or if registering for courses with prerequisites, submit official transcripts high school, High School Equivalency/AHSD and college 2 weeks prior to registration.

  3. Determine necessary placement tests (waived for those with acceptable SAT or ACT scores or relevant evaluated college credit). Study guides are available and are highly recommended.

  4. Confirm your admissions file is complete by calling Student services at 828.726.2711 or 828.726.2706 (Caldwell) or 828.297.2185 (Watauga).

NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION:

New Student Orientation Sessions are designed to assist students with their college experience and become familiar with the campus and services of Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute.

Sessions are open to students applying for the Spring 2018 semester whose admissions file is COMPLETE. (This includes all transcripts and any required placement tests.)

* Students with incomplete admissions files will be asked to reschedule upon completion of the admission process.

Summer 2018 Registration

Students must meet with their advisor before registering for classes through WebAdvisor.
March 26 – 28
 
WebAdvisor Priority Registration for summer and fall semesters for currently enrolled students. Registration window is based upon completed credit hours.

If registered during this time, payment is due by April 17 at 6:00PM (summer tuition only).

March 29 – April 17
 
Registration open for all students.

$ If registered during this time, payment is due by April 17 at 6:00PM (summer tuition only).

April 18 – May 23
 
Summer/Fall registration continues.

$ If registered during this time, payment is due by May 23 at 6:00PM (summer tuition only).

May 29
 
Summer classes begin

May 29 – 30
 
Summer Semester Drop/Add 8:00AM – 7:00PM in Student Services requires advisor signature.

$ If dropping, students receive 75% refund. If adding, payment is due at the time of registration.

May 30
 
Registration for late starting summer classes may occur up to the class start date. Tuition is due at time of registration.

Fall registration continues.

Fall 2018 Registration

March 26 – 28

Fall registration open for all students.

Beyond August 2
 
All NEW students wishing to register from this date forward should be encouraged to register for late starting classes (12 week, 8 week, 4 week)

August 15
 
Fall classes begin

August 15 - 16
 
Fall Semester Drop/Add 8:00AM – 7:00PM in Student Services requires advisor signature.

$ If dropping, students receive 75% refund. If adding, payment is due at the time of registration.

Tuition and Fees

Please visit our Tuition webpage for detailed information about current tuition rates and other fees.

Tuition and fees are payable by the dates listed on the Registration Schedule page and can be paid at the Business Office on either the Caldwell Campus or the Watauga Campus. Student can also pay tuition and fees online through WebAdvisor with a MasterCard or Visa.
