You have several different options when you need help with Blackboard.
  • We offer a CCC&TI Email Help Desk. This is a designated email account monitored by CCC&TI trained Blackboard technicians. This service is avaliable from 8:00am-8:00pm Monday – Thursday and 8:00am-4:00pm on Fridays.
  • 24/7 Blackboard Technical Support: Phone number: 1.866.851.5713 or visit the online support center to chat with a support technician or view help documents.
  • PRONTO Help Desk: Need immediate help or want to ask a quick question about Blackboard. This instant messaging tool is available to answer any questions you may have.
    The Blackboard Help Desk Pronto Chat is available from 8:00am-8:00pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00am-4:00pm on Friday.

    To use the Pronto Blackboard Help Desk feature access your Pronto account. To add the Blackboard Help Desk Account, select Actions>Add Contact from the Pronto menu. Enter cccti-bbhelpdesk as the Pronto ID then select Add. The Blackboard Help Desk user will now show up in your Contacts list.
