  Ceviche: Scallop, shrimp, lime, mint, cilantro and sweet corn
  
  Patatas Bravas: Crispy potatoes, tomato brava sauce, saffron aioli and cilantro
  
  Pincho Moruno: Skewered lamb, Moorish spices and house pickles
  
  Chocolate flan, berries and cardamom cream
