The Adult Basic Education (ABE) program helps students learn to read and write or to improve their reading, writing, and math skills. Students may begin at any level and progress at their own pace to work on these skills. Tutors and one-on-one instruction are often available for ABE students. There are convenient class sites and times available in Caldwell and Watauga counties. Classes and materials are free.
