Payment Methods

Cost to Participate

  • $25 enrollment fee
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll

  • Go to http://www.cccti.edu/

  • Log into WebAdvisor

  • Select the Student Menu

  • Under the Financial Information section select Setup a Payment Plan

  • Select the term

Target Dates to Enroll By:

Fall 2015 - Payment Plan available on 7/1/2015
Payments are processed on the 20th of each month.

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through www.mypaymentplan.com or call the Caldwell Community College Business Office at 828.726.2224 or 828.726.2253 to confirm the change.

Notice (7/8/2015):
Your fall 2015, bill is based on current tuition rates. The General Assembly establishes tuition rates in the State budget or related legislation. As of July 1st, a budget for 2015-16 has not been enacted in to law. Please be aware a tuition increase may be implemented later this year. To date, the General Assembly has discussed a tuition increase of up to $4 per credit hour.

If a tuition increase that becomes effective prior to January 1, 2016, you will receive a supplemental bill for the balance owed for Fall term. Thank you for your understanding.
